Questions families ask us
Is this medical care?
No. We provide non-medical help with daily living: personal care, meals, housekeeping, reminders and company. If your parent needs nursing care, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Does Medicare pay for this kind of care?
Generally, no. Medicare doesn't pay for help with daily living on its own. Most families pay privately, and some long-term care insurance policies cover it. We'll talk it through with you.
Can you provide 24-hour care?
Yes. We offer everything from a few hours a day to 24-hour live-in support.
How do you choose caregivers?
Every caregiver is background-checked, has their credentials reviewed, and is bonded and insured. Their work is supervised so care stays consistent.
Can care change over time?
Yes. Add hours, change days or step up to overnight care whenever your parent's needs change.
